PRIVACY & ACCOUNTS

Know what is shared. Choose who can see it.

Understand account roles, device states and permissions. Family connection starts with clear choices: who can see information, what is shared and when sharing ends.

Adults make their own choices. Guardians help with child setup. Older adults choose the support they want.

01

Independent adult accounts

Adults manage their contacts, devices and services. Family assistance needs clear authorization; a family relationship alone should not grant access to personal information.

02

Children & guardian setup

Guardians participate in setup, trusted contacts and age-appropriate permissions. Location and emergency contact features require compatible devices, networks and regional services. Review the relevant permissions before enabling them.

03

Check device status

The Pocket AI Mini camera must be pulled out before capture. Review camera, location and sharing status in your device settings. A physical camera action does not replace full data-privacy rules.

04

Memory & data choices

Ask Dora to adjust memory and reminder settings, or arrange reminders in Dora apps. Review the required information and permissions before enabling a feature. Joining a family does not automatically share personal reminders or private AI conversations. For data access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact support@doubuddy.com.

05

Region-specific services

AI services, carriers, third-party platforms and data arrangements may differ by region. Review each provider’s privacy information, supported regions and permission requirements when using a service.
