Prepare your request

Have your order number or proof of purchase, delivery date, product model and reason ready. Photos or a short video can help explain a device issue.

Arrange the return

Support will help check eligibility, the return address, included accessories and shipping responsibility. Follow the return instructions; back up personal information and unlink your account before sending the device.

Refund or replacement

After the returned device is received and checked, a refund or replacement is arranged under the applicable conditions. Contact your seller or support for progress.

These service terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.
